The superior design of MEC’s heaters makes them ideal for class F and H applications as well as for electric machines that operate in harsh environments with a lot of vibration.
Their -50° to + 190° temperature range allows these heaters to be used even under extreme conditions. Install the heater on the stator coil before and also after impregnation—cover at least 75% of the windings. If the heater selected is longer than the circumference of the stator, avoid overlapping the ends and leave a distance of at least 6mm to avoid localized overheating.
